Famous Sweet Corn Returns to Fresno State’s Farm Market

(KMJ) – Fresno State’s Rue and Gwen Gibson Farm Market welcomes the return of its most famous product. Its sweet corn goes on sale at 8 a.m. Monday, May 30.

Both yellow and white corn varieties will be available, and the market says it thanks customers who understand availability from its 60 acres of corn grown on campus can vary sometimes because of weather conditions.

The Gibson Farm market will extend its summer hours to a seven-day summer schedule starting Monday, May 30 through August. Daily hours will be: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays; and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays.
