2 Suspects Wanted For Armed Robbery, Pistol-Whipping Clerk at Mart In Central Fresno

FRESNO, CA (KMJ) — Police are looking for two men involved in an armed robbery at a Fresno liquor store Thursday morning.

Fresno Police say the two suspects robbed the AM Market on Belmont and Glenn Avenues around 7:00 in the morning.

Police say they grabbed merchandise and when they left the store the clerk ran after them.

They pistol-whipped the clerk, then fired a shot at the store as they left the scene.

The clerk was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.

Officers are looking a surveillance video to try and identify the suspects.
