(KMJ) – A total of four suspects are now in custody after getting into a gun battle with Tulare County Sheriff’s Deputies Wednesday night.
The Sheriff’s Office says the two men and two juveniles are suspects in the armed robberies of dairies in Pixley, Tipton and Tulare. Following reports of another robbery, Deputies tried to pull over their vehicle around 8:30 p.m.
After a short chase, they were stopped in a field and that is where shots were fired. Neither the suspects nor deputies were hit. And all four were eventually taken into custody.
