FRESNO, CA (KMJ) A 17 year old boy has been arrested and charged with the murder of Philip Frusetta.
Frusetta, 24, was found shot to death at the Motel 6 on N. Blackstone the evening of August 24.
The victim was working as a security guard at the motel. He was unarmed at the time of his death.

The juvenile suspect has not been identified. Fresno PD called the homicide a “senseless act of violence that stemmed from a disturbance between males and females at the motel, which led to Frusetta asking the juveniles to leave the property.”
