Just after 11:30 p.m., officers were called to a complex on the 3200 block of East Olive Avenue for shots fired.  At the scene, Fresno Police found 50-year-old Michelle Johnson shot in the complex courtyard.  She was rushed to CRMC were she later died.  And, inside a near-by apartment, Officers located 21-year-old Charlotte Ethridge. She was also shot, but died at the scene.

At the time, Fresno Police identified 24-year-old Deandre Foster as the suspect responsible for both murders.  He reportedly already had an outstanding warrant for murder.  He was not found at the scene.  But, Sunday around 5:30 p.m., he was tracked down near Alamos and Marks.  Officers took him into custody and booked him on two counts of murder.  Investigators say he was in a relationship with Ethridge and add the motive for her death is domestic violence related.
