TULARE, CA (KMJ)  The Tulare County District Attorney office has filed charges against a Southern California man accused of shooting and wounding a California Highway Patrol officer.

DA Tim Ward announced the criminal charges have been filed in the February 19, 2021, high-speed chase that resulted in a CHP officer being shot in Sequioia National Park.
