(KMJ) – The iconic Cressman’s General Store was destroyed by the Creek Fire back in September.  Now, just as its owners are working to rebuild the iconic business that sits at the the four-lane, it is hit by vandals.

Photos posted on the store’s Instagram page show graffiti on one of the few walls still left standing.  And trash litters the site that sits six miles below Shaver Lake.

In the post, Cressman’s owners write, “The vandalism is a level of disrespect that is so blatant it’s sickening.

But, they vow to clean up and rebuild.  And Cressman’s is now selling merchandise at its online store to help pay for its reconstruction.   If you’re interested, you can check out its store by clicking here.
