Fresno police say a call came in around 8:30 a.m. of shots fired in the area of Fulton St. and Tulare St.

The person who called said two people were seen running from the scene.

Nearby officers say they saw two people running into a nearby parking structure.

One was caught immediately but the other ran to the top of the parking garage.
