FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s help to locate 54-year-old James Eugene Cleaver.
He is a registered sex offender who was released from prison on December 8, 2020, and has since failed to report to his probation officer.
Additionally, he has not registered his new address with law enforcement, which is a requirement under the law. His last known address was 2695 S. Peach Ave. in Fresno.
Cleaver is described as a white, 5’9”, 220 lbs. with blonde hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder of a “Playboy bunny.”
