(KMJ) – Tulare County Sheriff Rescue Divers have located the body of man in the waters of Lake Kaweah.
Deputies were told 35-year-old Joshua Leever of Springville was swimming around Noon Wednesday without a life jacket when he went under and did not come back up. Divers then found his body several hours later.
But Deputies do not believe alcohol was involved in this accident.
