UPDATE: Thursday afternoon, Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 60 year old Ricardo Pedro Bojorquez. He is now in the Fresno County Jail facing a felony charge.
FRESNO, CA (KMJ) -The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s help to locate 60-year-old Ricardo Pedro Bojorquez.
He is a registered sex offender who is no longer living at his registered address and has failed to register a new address with law enforcement, which is a requirement under the law.
The Sheriff’s Office said Bojorquez has been convicted of sexual battery.
Since being released from prison in 1999, he has been required to register each year as a sex offender.
A felony arrest warrant has now been issued for Bojorquez.
Due to registration restrictions, they are unable to publicly disclose his exact last known address, but can say it was in Fresno’s 93737 zip code.
- Ricardo Bojorquez is described as a Hispanic, 5’9”, 190 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
