New Program to Help Reedley Businesses with Utility Bills

Has your business been impacted by COVID-19? The Reedley City Council has created a temporary Business Utility Bill Forgiveness Program to help businesses affected by the COVID-19.

The city is offering up to two months of utility bill forgiveness, that include charges from City-provided water, wastewater and solid waste services.

The Reedley City Council says that businesses that were forced to shut down to walk-in customers because they are deemed “non-essential” are eligible for up to two months of City utility bill forgiveness.

All restaurants, regardless of whether they were closed or only open for take-out and pick-up delivery, are eligible.

The city has set aside $25,000 in funds for the program and says that the money will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. To apply, click here.
