FRESNO COUNTY,CA (KMJ) – Two Men have been arrested for the alleged possession of Child Pornography.
One arrest occurred Thursday morning at a house located on the 1900 block of Richert Ave. in Clovis.
ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) detectives served a search warrant at the home after getting a cyber tip.
Electronic devices were collected that contained child pornography.
68 year old Mark Forney was arrested for possession of child porn.
His bail is $20,000.
He worked in the maintenance department at Community Regional Medical Center.
ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) detectives also contacted 29 year old Louis Tusing at his workplace, Firestone Auto Care at Blackstone and Sierra.
A search warrant was exercised at his apartment on the 500 block of S. Winery Ave. in Fresno.
Electronic devices were collected that contained child pornography.
His bail is $20,000.
