Fresno Police Looking for 2 Suspects They Say Kidnapped, Raped Woman

Jose Angel Salcido, DOB: 9/22/1993, a.k.a “Spider” , “SBK” Hispanic Male, 5’8, 140lbs, Brown Eyes / Black Hair.

 

FRESNO, CA (KMJ) -Fresno Police need your help in looking for two suspects who they say kidnapped a woman and raped her in Fresno on Wednesday.

Police say she was raped and stabbed by ex-boyfriend Jose Salcido, 26, and another man Clifford Foster, 30 at knifepoint in the area of Park and Klondike Avenues.

Police say Salcido is wanted for Kidnapping, Sexual Assault and Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Salcido is a known Pleasant Street Bulldog gang member.

Clifford Roy Foster, DOB: 6/22/1989 a.k.a “Greedy” White Male, 6’0, 220 lbs, Brown Eyes / Black Hair.

 

Clifford Foster, along with being wanted for Kidnapping and Sexual Assault, is also wanted for two felony warrants and is on active felony probation.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these two suspects is asked to call the Fresno Police Department immediately.
