FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – A 25-year-old Porterville man is now being accused of molesting two girls under the age of ten
Giovanni Emmanuel Ruiz is being held in custody of the Tulare County Sheriff in lieu of $600,000 bail and immigration hold.
Police say he molested a nine-year-old in November 2015 and a different nine-year-old in 2012.
Police say based the two investigations coupled with the two-year window of time, and believe there may be other victims who have not come forward.
