FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The city manager of Selma has been charged with 13 felonies.
The Fresno County DA’s Office says 56-year-old David Elias used city credit cards to make personal purchases, while he was the city manager of Fowler.
If convicted, Elias faces up to 16 years in prison.
