FRESNO, CA (KMJ) Porterville police have made an arrest in a near-decade-old murder.
Detectives arrested 26 year old Iroc Gallegos for the deadly gang-related shooting that took place in October of 2007. Gallegos, who was taken into custody at his workplace, is behind bars, held without bail.
The other suspect in the case, Louis Rodriguez, was arrested in 2010 and is serving time for the murder of Xavier Taylor. Taylor was gunned down near Olive Ave. and G. Street. His friend, Miguel Martinez, was shot in the face but survived.
