Two large condolence cards have been created for for fallen California firefighter Brent Witham.
The 29 year old from Mentone was part of a hotshot team, and was killed by a falling tree on August 2nd while fighting a blaze in Montana.
On Monday, his body was brought home from San Bernardino’s International Airport, where a large contingent of fellow firefighters saluted him.
A procession of vehicles accompanied the hearse on a procession to a Colton mortuary.
Mourners can sign the cards at the San Bernardino National Forest Supervisor’s Office or email withammemorialinfo@gmail.com with “Condolences” in the subject line or donate to a memorial fund set up through the Forest Service.
