(KMJ) Firefighters from several area agencies battled a blaze at the GAR Tootelian agricultural chemical facility on Sunday.
The plant, near Reedley, is located at South & Crawford Avenues. Witnesses reported hearing explosions when the four-alarm fire erupted around 12pm.

There are no reports of any injuries. The cause of the fire is unclear.
About 25% of the main building is destroyed according to fire personnel on the scene, causing at least $2,000,000 in damage.

Access to water became an issue after fire crews exhausted the facility’s on-site tank. “We had to switch into plan B and we’re pulling water in from the canal right now” said the Fresno County Fire Public Information Officer.
