(KMJ) Clovis police have arrested a woman on elder abuse charges.
Investigators say 48 year old Linda Urioste defrauded an elderly widower out of more than $10,000. Urioste had been working as a caretaker for the victim’s wife before she passed away.
On the morning of August 3, Clovis Police Detectives arrested Urioste for theft by false pretenses and financial elder abuse, both felonies. Urioste was booked into Fresno County Jail after being interviewed.
