“Roc It Forward” Collecting Donations For Fire Victims

FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – A Clovis mother who experienced loss is collecting donations for fire victims.

Sharla Deaton wants to help residents affected by the Detwiler Fire.

It’s part of her campaign to give back called “Roc it Forward” in honor of her late son, Rocco, who died more than a year ago in an ATV accident.

You can donate canned foods, propane tanks..and other items (expect clothing, which they have enough) to any of Fresno Fire’s 24 fire stations.

The delivery date is Wednesday, August 2nd – bring all donations to the fire stations by Tuesday, August 1st
