(KMJ) – The Merced County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a missing, at risk Planada man. 82-year old Rafael Zaragoza (pictured) was last seen around 8:30 Thursday morning driving his blue 2004 Hyundai Sonata away from his home. The vehicle has California plates with the license number: 6SEL655.
Deputies say Zaragoza is considered at risk because he is diabetic and has high blood pressure, but has not taken his medication.
