(KMJ) A local gang member is behind bars for breaking into several Fresno Fire Department fire trucks.
Fresno PD says 30 year old Arthur Howlin was found with more than $8,000 worth of stolen equipment.
Howlin (pictured) was arrested Tuesday afternoon at a homeless encampment on Mariposa Street.
