The AMBER Alert for 1-year-old Lexi Segura has been deactivated. The child was safely located and the suspect has been taken into custody.
Lexi Segura is safe.
The CHP (in the above tweet) announced that the 1 year old girl was found unharmed Tuesday morning in Montclair.
San Bernardino County Sheriffs investigators say the girl’s father, 38 year old Daniel Segura, had kidnapped the child Monday night from a home in Rancho Cucamonga after an argument with Lexi’s mother.
Segura was taken into custody without incident and booked on suspicion of child abduction.
