FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – A former Central Unified- West Campus teacher in court Monday morning, on sex charges.
40 year-old Michael Dean Morton is accused of having unlawful sex with a minor.
He pleaded not guilty in Judge Hamlin’s court Monday to three felony charges, and one misdemeanor charge.
The Fresno County Sheriff’s office says the alleged incident happened in 2015 with a 17-year-old girl who had graduated from the school.
None of the activity occurred on campus.
Morton will be back in court for a pre-preliminary hearing on May 16th.
