FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — California’s jobless rate has fallen to 5.3 percent, with the addition of 13,600 nonfarm jobs in November.
However, Fresno County’s unemployment rate has risen two-tenths of a percent to 9.3 percent, according to the EDD, with a loss of 3,300 jobs.
Madera, Merced, Tulare, Kings, and Kern counties saw similar changes last month.
Nationally, the unemployment rate fell to 4.6 percent.
