UPDATE: District Attorney Tim Ward has announced that Francisco Valdivia has been charged with murder and one count of arson. Rosalina Lopez has been charged with one count of being an accessory after the fact. Valdivia and Lopez are set to be arraigned Wednesday afternoon in Tulare County.
(KMJ) A south valley man and one of his wives have been arrested and charged with murdering the man’s second wife.
30 year old Cecelia Bravo Cabrera was last seen leaving Tachi Palace on June 9th, 2016. Her burning car was located later near Traver, but her body was not found.
“Clearly this is a circumstantial case with no body, but we feel comfortable and confident that she was murdered” Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux said at a news conference Tuesday.
“Francisco Valdivia (pictured) and his other wife have both been arrested and booked for the murder” Boudreaux said. The other wife is 39 year old Rosalina Lopez (pictured).
Valdivia, 37, is no stranger to law enforcement. He is currently being held on a marijuana cultivation case and was soon to be released from custody. That won’t happen now.
The DA’s office is confident that charges will be filed again both suspects who are being held without bail.

“This case has led in one direction,” Sheriff Boudreaux said. “We are dedicated to bringing justice for the family and for Cecilia.”
