FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – Another person, allegedly involved in an attack in September on a CHP car, has been arrested.
19 year-old Guadalupe Gonzalez had been on the run for almost a month.
He was arrested by CHP during a traffic stop at Blackstone and Magill at 8:49p.m., Sunday night.
Gonzalez was wanted for felony vandalism on the CHP patrol car in September and inciting a riot.
Video of the incident went viral when people at the car sideshow at Orange and North attacked a CHP vehicle – leaving $12,000 dollars in damages— after the officer tried to cite them for reckless driving.
So far, there have been a total of 4 suspects arrested; Guadalupe Gonzales, Milton Rodriguez, Federico Gonzalez, Gabriel and DeAnda,
