FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – Central Valley students will have an opportunity Wednesday night to learn about future career opportunities.
More than 2500 students are expected to come out to the Central Valley Career Tech Expo where they will have an opportunity to speak with industry professionals across many different careers to learn about their experiences and get some advice.
The Fresno County Office of Education says the fair will go above and beyond – and offer many hands-on activities. They also say the career fair isn’t just for those who plan to go to college – it’s also beneficial for those who plan to work straight after high school.
More than 1000 industry professional will be at the expo, held at the Fresno Convention Center Exhibit Hall. Admission is free to the public. The Career Tech Expo begins at 4:30pm, which the main program running from 5:30-7:30pm.
