(KMJ) – Fresno Police say a man already on probation was arrested for exposing himself to a woman at Fashion FAir Mall.
Officers say the victim called 911 after she said 27-year old Chad Edwards followed her in his car as she walked out of the mall. The woman states he kept slowing down or speeding up as if playing a game with her. The woman then said Edwards pulled up next to her car and exposed himself to her as she tried to drive away.
Fresno Police say Edwards is already on probation for felony hit and run. In addition to being arrested for indecent exposure, Edwards was charged with probation violation. He was later booked at Fresno County Jail.
