FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — 35-year-old Theresa Ramirez has been arrested by Fresno Police, after a lengthy investigation revealed she had unlawful relations with an underage, male student.
The 16-year-old boy admitted to investigators that the relationship started last fall, when she was said to have been assisting him with his work off campus.
Lt. Joe Gomez tells KMJ News that Ramirez “is not a part of Fresno Unified now.”
Ramirez is facing felony charges.
