FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — A bill requiring that single-user restrooms in the Golden State be labeled “all-gender,” has cleared its final obstacle in the Assembly.
If approved, it would apply to such restrooms “in any business establishment, place of public accommodation, or state or local government agency.”
The measure’s being praised by the Transgender Law Center, which believes it will “make everyone’s lives easier.”
It’s now on its way to the Governor’s desk.
