FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The attorney representing the mother of Dylan Noble is seeking a court order, mandating that the city release all public records, pertaining to the fatal shooting of the unarmed 19-year-old by Fresno Police officers.
Chief Jerry Dyer released body camera footage of the deadly encounter earlier this month, despite initial hesitation.
Attorney Stuart Chandler has filed a petition calling for actual copies of the 911 calls made during the shooting back in June, unaltered copies of body and dash camera footage, copies of recorded communications between responding officers, and all pertinent photos.
