WalletHub: Fresno Among Nation’s Least Educated Areas

KMJ) — Is Fresno one of the least educated areas in the nation?

According to WalletHub, who examined 150 metro areas, Fresno ranks 145th for the percentage of residents over 25 with a high school diploma.

 

 

It ranks 138th, when it comes to those in the same age group with a bachelor’s degree.

However, the Fresno metro area public school systems rank 110th.

In addition, the quality of universities, according to WalletHub, is about average.

Surrounding communities also rank near the bottom of the list.
