FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The Tulare County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue team is looking for a missing hiker in Maggie Lakes, near the Balch Park area.
Authorities were called Tuesday, when 56-year-old Frank Wolsko of Bakersfield did not report to work.
Wolsko is believed to have a yellow or black Labrador dog with him.
