FRESNO (KMJ) – A 4 year-old boy is rescued on Tuesday July 12th from high up on the ledge of an abandoned warehouse in Downtown Fresno.

A witness told police they spotted a child at the abandoned building at 752 H St., near Inyo Street.

Downtown Bicycle Unit Officers Bryan Analla and Thomas Moore arrived on scene and saw a four year old boy in diapers standing on a ledge below the second story windows.

The boy’s mother, 34 year-old Nicole Legere was asleep inside.

Lt Joe Gomez says the children were placed with CPS.
