(KMJ) – A 19-year old sought for stealing beer and fighting with the clerk of a Selma mini-mart has turned himself in to Fresno County Sheriff’s Investigators.
Cody Mathers (pictured above in a still from surveillance video) made off with several cases of beer after an altercation with an employee at Lee’s Market on Highland Avenue in Selma on May 31st.
On Tuesday June 21st, Sheriff’s Investigators say Mathers turned himself in. He now faces robbery charges as a result of this incident.
