Liberty Summit Draws Thousands to Downtown Fresno

(KMJ)  The first annual API Liberty Summit was jam-packed with high profile speakers and thousands of politically-minded attendees.

Saturday’s event at the Fresno Convention Center was put together by the American Principals Institute and sponsored by KMJ.

KMJ’s Chris Daniel held court serving as afternoon session master of ceremonies.  KMJ’s Blake Taylor and Fresno City Director of Communications Mark Standriff also served as moderators for numerous panel discussions.  Topics included everything from crime & punishment, ISIS & terrorism, common core, high speed rail, government spending, environmental issues, water…and much more.

Nationally syndicated talk show host Mark Levin (heard on KMJ weeknights 6-9pm) was the keynote speaker.  He focused much of his talk on the US Constitution and specifically Article 5.

Other speakers included Captain Clay Higgins, Rep. Devin Nunes, Matt Kibbe, Dinesh D’Souza, David Nott, Stephen Moore, Tim Donnelly, Rep. Tom McClintock, Chief Jerry Dyer, Sheriff Margaret Mims and Politichicks members Anne-Marie Murrell and Dr. Gina Loudon.
