(KMJ) – A person of interest in the investigation into the stabbing of a bicyclist on May 14, has been arrested for violating the terms of his parole.
Fresno Police say 36-year old Martin Holt was riding his mountain bike north on Blackstone Avenue toward Belmont Avenue around 10 a.m. And that’s when investigators say an assailant attacked Holt as he attempted to ride past, knocking him off his bike.
Holt was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced died.
Fresno Police announced Wednesday morning that Emilio Mancia (above) has been arrested by patrol officers, without incident, described as a person of interest in the case. Officers add that the investigation into the incident is moving forward.
