FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Busyness — as tiring as it may be at times — is likely good for you.

According to a new study published in the journal Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience, a crammed scheduled appears to be associated with better brain function.

University of Texas researchers say 330 participants were measured for things such as memory recall, reasoning, vocabulary, and brain processing speed.

Those who reported higher levels of daily busyness showed greater mental function.

However, they say busyness should not translate to stress, which harms your memory.
