(KMJ) A fight turned deadly Monday evening on East Harvard.
Fresno Police say 35 year old Edgar Ripley III shot and killed a man at a home around 10pm.
Cops say Ripley was arrested at the scene and is facing murder and assault charges.
The victim’s younger brother suffered broken bones in the brawl but is expected to recover.
This is the 13th homicide of 2016 in Fresno.
Correction: KMJ previously reported that Ripley was the older brother of the victim. He is not.
