The US Attorney presents an award to a Fresno Police detective for his work on cases involving the sex trafficking of minors.
Detective David Fries is the 2015 winner Eastern District of CA Outstanding Investigator Award for the Fresno Division.
“I feel like it really shouldn’t be just me – it should be our entire unit because we all work these cases together it’s not something that one investigator does by himself.” – Detective David Fries.
His award was one of four presented annually to a law enforcement agency and an officer in each of the Sacramento and Fresno Divisions – recognizing outstanding collaboration between federal, state and local law enforcement and addressing public safety issues in the region.
