FRESNO (KMJ) — A man who Fresno Police says was visibly sweating, despite it being around 40°F outside, was found to have a good reason for his nervousness.

It was early Sunday morning when officers heard several gunshots close to the intersection of Fresno’s Martin Luther King Boulevard and California Avenue, and then saw a tan colored car coming from that direction.

But when the suspect saw the officers, they say he turned around and tried driving away with his lights turned off.

Glock 40

John Major’s vehicle was stopped, and Fresno Police state that shell casings and a Glock handgun were found inside.

The 23 year old was arrested on multiple weapons charges.
