(KMJ) After a relatively quiet first two months of 2016, Tulare detectives are suddenly investigating the first two gun-related homicides of the year after a violent weekend. A pair of shootings, reported just minutes apart, left two men dead early Saturday morning. 25 year old Steven Williams was gunned down in front of his home on Tulare St. One suspect was arrested a short time later. Then, about 20 minutes later, 22 year old Henry Jacinto was found shot to death in his driveway on Lynora Ave. No arrests have been reported in Jacinto’s shooting death. Motives have not been released in either homicide.
