FRESNO (KMJ) — A 19 year old has been charged with attempted murder of a Police Officer in Fresno.
Investigators say Jose Molinero shot at an undercover officer at around 10.30pm Tuesday night.
The incident took place close to the intersection of Jensen and Chateau Fresno Avenues.
There were two officers in two separate cars, and one of the cars were hit.
The officer inside wasn’t hurt, but images from the scene show the round hit close to where the driver was sitting behind the windshield.
It’s the fourth incident in which gang members have shot at Fresno Police this year.
