(KMJ) – Fresno Police arrest the man wanted for the alleged hit-and-run that left a 9-year old boy with a broken leg and bruised lungs.
The collision happened on January 22nd just before 7 p.m. at Pottle and California avenues. Nine-year-old Deshaun Mitchell pushed his 7-year-old brother out of the way of an oncoming GMC Yukon traveling east on California Avenue.
28-year old Danny McClain was arrested Thursday when he checked in with his probation officer. He was booked into Fresno County Jail on suspicion of felony hit-and-run and for violating his probation. He had previously been convicted of narcotics sales.
