SAN DIEGO (KMJ) — A bad hair day in San Diego.
According to San Diego Police, 29 year old Adrian Blanche Swain went to a barber shop on the intersection of 30th Street and University Avenue Wednesday morning to get her hair cut.
She returned just under three hours later, complaining about the service she’d received.
Officers then say she old pulled a gun and tried shooting it three times, on each occasion the weapon failed to fire.
It was then that the barber being targeted and another man grabbed her, took her to the ground, and held her until police arrived.
“They wrestled all the way up to the front window”, says fellow barber Chris Tatum. “Threw her up against the window, and he yelled ‘get the gun’.
“I left my station, grabbed her, grabbed the gun, then we threw her to the floor”.
Swain is now being charged with attempted murder. It’s unknown what it was about her haircut that was troubling her.
