Suspected Carjacker On FPD’S Most Wanted List Surrenders after Two Hour Standoff

(KMJ) – Gabriel Osorio had been considered one of Fresno Police Department’s Most Wanted Subjects.  Officers say the man also known as “Crazy Eyes,” was wanted for Auto Theft, armed Carjacking, and Home Invasion. Osorio has a violent history and is considered armed and dangerous.

On Tuesday, Fresno Police received information that Osorio was at a home in the 4000 block of North Hughes. Once they confirmed he was inside, Police called in a negotiator to assist in his safe apprehension. After negotiating with Osorio for over two hours, he surrendered to officers and was taken into custody without incident.

Osorio was booked at the Fresno County Jail for the charges of Auto Theft, Carjacking, Home Invasion as well as Possession of a Firearm. He is being held on $202,500 bail.
