(KMJ) – Fresno County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested 54-year old Guan Yee of Hacienda Heights. He was booked into the Fresno County Jail and faces felony charges of drug possession and intent to sell drugs.
On January 28th at around 9:30 pm, a Sheriff’s deputy on stopped a car for a traffic violation on Interstate 5, near West Dorris Avenue. During their conversation, Yee told the deputy he had illegal drugs in his vehicle.
The deputy searched the vehicle and found dozens of vacuumed sealed plastic bags containing processed marijuana, which totaled 66 lbs. Yee was also found to be in possession of a large, undisclosed amount of cash. The money and drugs have been booked into evidence.
