(KMJ) – A Clovis Police arrest a man for allegedly breaking into a house near Rialto and Helm avenues in Clovis.

Officers say a neighbor called the police after seeing an unknown man lurking about and having a pizza delivered to a home he believed to be vacant.

20-year old Johnny Holguin originally tried to hide from officers in the attic, but later surrendered to police. Officers say Holguin was inside the house for several days, and officers found him with stolen laptops, mail, jewelry, checks, identification materials and methamphetamine.

The owner of the home was contacted and said he did not know Holguin.

Holguin is connected to at least six other instances of residential and car burglary, and mail theft, said police.  He now faces three felony charges and three misdemeanors. He was booked in the Fresno County Jail for alleged trespassing, concealing or receiving stolen property, forgery and burglary.
